Muscle Knot Pain Management

 Myofascial Trigger Point Pain Management
  1. Initial Placement: Position the device directly over the area where the knot is most intense. Leave it in place for a few minutes.

  2. Adjustment if Needed: If the knot persists, relocate the device to the left or right side of the knot. Maintain this position for several minutes.

  3. Further Adjustment: If the knot still persists, shift the device upward, above the knot, and leave it in position for several more minutes.

  4. Repeat as Necessary: Continue this process, adjusting the location of the device as needed, until you find the optimal placement that eliminates the knot.
