Tooth and Jaw Pain Management
  1. Initial Placement: Position the device directly over the area where the pain is most intense. Leave it in place for a few minutes.

  2. Adjustment if Needed:

    • If you experience no relief, relocate the device to the left of the pain. Maintain this position for several minutes.
    • Still no relief? Move the device to the right of the pain, leaving it there for another few minutes.
  3. Further Adjustment:

    • If pain persists, shift the device upward, above your pain, and leave it in position for several more minutes.
  4. Repeat as Necessary: Continue this process, adjusting the location of the device as needed, until you find the optimal placement that alleviates your pain.
